My name is Manette, but those close to me call me Manou. From a very young age, I’ve always had a natural passion for cooking. I started cooking early, around the age of 7 -8, by watching and helping out in my family’s kitchen.
Cooking quickly became a true joy — a way for me to show love and care for others. Whether it was for my family, my friends, or even sometimes people I didn’t know, the smiles after a good meal were the best reward I could ask for.
Over time, the compliments and repeated requests from friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers who had tasted my food encouraged me to take the next step. And that’s how La Touche de Manou was born — a catering service built on passion, honesty, and a deep attention to every detail.
My specialty: authentic Haitian cuisine, inspired by my roots, but also open to flavors from around the world — always with my personal touch.
